ISBEN Hospitality was founded on a passion for people, service, and leadership. The name "ISBEN" is derived from the names of founder Joe Fakhoury's children, Isaac and Benci, reflecting the family values, commitment, and legacy that serve as the foundation of the company.

 

With more than 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Joe has worked his way through nearly every aspect of hotel operations—from front-line positions to executive leadership and hotel ownership. Throughout his career, he has remained committed to developing people, strengthening teams, and creating exceptional guest experiences.
